Be sure to drink LOTS of water. Rest as needed. Listen to your body. Eat super nutritious foods to help it all integrate, AND beware of the uplevel FLU {aka healing crisis} which FEELS just like detox symptoms with some emotional crud thrown in for fun. Release all that no longer serves you as those lower vibrations come up to the surface so that you can get rid of them once and for all. So just know it’s running and integrating for your highest good. Also know that even if you can’t wrap your mind around grounding yourself or going up to the 7th plane that it is done. The intention was already set by me AND with practice you will be able to do this on your own!
Because my strongest clairs are my clairsentience and claircognizance what I noticed after were a lot of synchronicities popping up.
